Last year I was in Africa and I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I ever saw. I was curious how the sky could turn yellow, blue and pink at the same time. I read some articles about it, but it’s really though to understand.
I kind of understand how it happens now, but I don’t understand all the physical things behind sunsets in detail. So as much I would like to explain it to you, I don’t, just because I can’t.
But if you wanna know more, I think this site has the easiest explanation. And if you are not interested in the why and how, just enjoy these beautiful pictures I took of sunsets while travelling.
I actually do know why in some parts of the world the sunset and sunrise are much quicker dan in other places. How closer to the equator you are, the sharper the angle is in which the sun goes down or comes up and the sharper the quicker.
So when you are close to the equator, go hurry for that nice (photo)spot!
