Wanna make macaroni without a seasoningmix?
Try this easy, tasty recipe!

Ingredients per person:
Olive oil
75 grams of pasta
80 grams minced meat
35 grams of grated cheese
1 clove of garlic (pressed or chopped)
1 small onion chopped
1 bell pepper of your choice (or several colors) in cubes
1/3 leek cut
1 small can of tomato paste (70 grams)
2 teaspoons of basil
1.5 tablespoon of thyme
salt, pepper to taste

How?:

Cook the pasta as described.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.
Then add and fry the minced meat loosely.
When fried, add the vegetables.
After a few minutes add the tomato paste and the spices.
Stir well, taste and add more spices if necessary.
Finally, stir in the pasta and cheese.

I like the macaroni best with some salad or vegatables on the side.
